Products to have on hand:
ClaraDerm Spray: Before and after birth care for skin. Apply to vaginal area as needed starting 6 weeks before birth and after. This is a wonderful blend of oils to benefit the skin. Well worth it!
Gentle Baby Oil: Add this into a carrier oil or whipped body butter for your growing belly. It's calming properties make it perfect to wear as a perfume or diffuse. Add a few drops to the belly after baby is born while you are bonding.
Joy Oil: This happy, calming scent is perfect to use while adjusting to your new life with your little one. Diffuse or wear as a perfume. Apply to wrist and over the heart. Avoid getting near nipples while breastfeeding.
Lavender Oil: This calming scent is great for diffusing at bedtime or during periods of fussiness with baby. Apply to irritated skin or on the baby's dry scalp (of course, diluted).
Fennel Oil: Taken internally or applied topically can support a healthy milk supply.
Peppermint Oil: The morning sickness helper. Dilute and apply to the belly, inhale directly from bottle or diffuse. Some choose to avoid this beginning in the third trimester because it may effect milk supply.
NingXia Red: High in iron, vitamins and essential oils making this a great blend for supporting expecting Moms. Drink 2-4 ounces daily for an energy support. Continue drinking after baby is born.
Frankincense Oil: Calming for the emotions. Diffuse or apply to upper chest, back of neck and wrists. This is also a great skin oil. Apply to stretch marks.
and much more!
